Meet Carolina

Prior to fully immersing herself in professional development, Carolina dedicated almost two decades to diverse corporate roles, spanning sales, logistics, procurement, HR and project management across Latin America, Asia, and Europe. This rich experience offered her not only a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics, but also a humility and flexibility that guides her interactions.

Carolina is originally from Brazil, but has been curious and passionate about the world since a very early age, which culminated with her studying international relations as a bachelor in the University of Sao Paulo. Carolina also holds an Insead MBA and is an ICF ACC Accredited Coach and Integral Master Coach.
